She was predeceased by : her husband Ray; her siblings, Matthew, Andy, Hugh, Raymond and Nora; and her parents, Matthew and Elizabeth.

She is survived by : her children, Jamie (Nancy), Ruth (Norm) and Jennifer (John); her grandchildren, Jamie (Rachel) and Aidan (Kendra); and her great grandchild Oakley.

Memorial donations may be made in Betty's name to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
