She was predeceased by: her parents, W. Edward Lutz and Luella May Weber; her husband Donald George Dotzert; her siblings, Shirley, Audrey, Allan and Harry; her siblings-in-law, Fred, Ken, Nyal, Virginia and Marlene; and her parents-in-law, Edwin and Alena.

She is survived by: her children, Janine (Ronald), Dawn (Bob), Marilyn (Victor), Mark (Colleen) and Paul (Charlene); and her grandchildren, Anthony (Dee), Jessie (Zach), Chantelle (Stephane), Bethany (Josh), Hannah (Aaron), Stephanie (Kyle), Ruth Anne (Corey), Wesley, Conrad, Gretta, Micah, Sarah, Jeremiah, Elisheva and Elijah. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rutherford Cremation & Funeral Services (804 Ontario St, Stratford, ON N5A3K1). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
