We are sad to announce that on May 23, 2020, Fay Foreman (Stratford, Ontario), born in Saint-Marys, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Billings and Dorothy Billings; her husband Victor Lease; her son Vincent Foreman; her siblings, Joe Billings and Donna Trott; and her brothers-in-law, Bob Court, Richard Woodhouse and Fred Trott.

She is survived by: her son Jeff Foreman; and her siblings, Shirley Pautler (Roy), Barry Billings (Tammy), Joyce Court (Don), Pidge Woodhouse, Kim Miller (Bob), John Billings (Donna) and Ben Billings. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
