He is survived by: his spouse Henrica; his children, Henry (Debbie), Adrian (Rosanne), Ron (Bonnie) and John (Nicole); his grandchildren, Michael, Stefanie (Joey), Matt, Mark, Kaleb and Gracie; his great grandchild Addison; and his siblings, Wim (Annie), Truus (Gerard), Annie (Henk), Lieu (Henk), Dorie and Harry (Ria).
