He was predeceased by: his son John Robert; his wife Dorothy Mae; his brother Mervyn; and his sister-in-law Connie Siberry. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Ruth (David Belanger), Paul Frederick (Elaine Clark-Siberry) and Janet; and his siblings, Joan Siberry and Jim Siberry (Judy).

His departure from his "paradise found" was hastened by COVID-19.
