He was predeceased by: his birth father Peter Budwin; his uncle Grant Housley of Horseshoe Valley, ON; and his grandparents, Isabel, George Housley of Windsor, ON, Bruce, Dorothy Walsh of Hudson, QC, Peter and Bessie Budwin of Windsor, ON.

He is survived by: his son Simon (Karen Barry Walsh); his parents, Nancy Walsh and Bruce Walsh; his sister Catherine Walsh; his brother-in-law John Shantz; his nieces, Isabel and Hazel Shantz-Walsh; his brother Ben Walsh; his brother-in-law Darren Berberick; his stepmother Carole Goodwin; his aunt Cathie; his uncle John Daichendt; his cousins, Stephanie Scanlon, Alyson Daichendt and Christopher Daichendt; his aunt Donna Housley of Ottawa, ON; his cousins, Scott Housley, Chad Housley of Digby, NS and Steven Housley of Barrie, ON; and his aunts and uncles, Dawn, Sandy Mackay, Bonnie, Werner Drechsel, Nancy and Ken Hancock.

The family requires that anyone attending the visitation or the service wear a mask.
