He is survived by: his parents, Allan Moffatt and Karen Moffatt; his children, Ben and Aida; and his siblings, Stephanie Berry (Robert), Amy Bannerman (Derek) and Matthew Moffatt. He is also survived by his family, friends, coworkers.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at the Rutherford Cremation & Funeral Services (804 Ontario St, Stratford, ON N5A3K1).
