She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Marie Brodrecht; her stepfather Robert Brodrecht; her husband Ed Young; her grandchildren, Zachary Hobson, Joshua Hobson and Morgan Young; her siblings-in-law, Jeanette, Rosemary (Julian), Larry (Mary Ellen), Don (Iris), Sherry (Rick), Dennis and Barb; her close friend Sharon Murphy; her son Darren Young; her in-laws, Len and Irma Young; and her sister-in-law Connie Henrich.
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the W. G. Young Funeral Home (430 Huron St, Stratford, ON N5A5T7).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rotary Hospice, Stratford.
