He was predeceased by : his parents, Max Melville and Dorothy Melville; and his siblings, Max, Bill, Ricky, Joan and Dorothy.

He is survived by : his wife Sharon (Hughes); his sons, Paul, Todd (Kim) and Jason (Andrea); his grandchildren, Jelene, Corbin, Brodie, Logan, Carter and Kaci; and his siblings, Sharon Barnes and Jackie Iredale.
