He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Magee and Thelma Mae Workman (Dowson); and his sister Phyllis Bender (Lloyd). He is survived by: his close friend Linda Marie Straus (McDonald); his children, Kevin Workman (Lise-Anne) and Leah Workman (Mike); his stepchildren, Mark Straus (Lindsay) and Amy Straus (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Meighen Cleary-Workman, Dakota Workman, Joe Workman, Brooke Workman, Abigail Mayers, Nathan Eacott, Mackenzie Eacott, Jamie and Paige Noel; Paul.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the W. G. Young Funeral Home (430 Huron St, Stratford, ON N5A5T7).
As expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to Royal Canadian Legion Branch 8 Poppy Fund or to Sleeping Children Around the World through the funeral home.
