She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Eglinton; her parents, Elizabeth Sarah Smith (Rich) and Harry Smith; her siblings, John, Harry, George, Alfred, Fred, William, Victor, Rose, Elisa, Elizabeth Boon and Louise Cahill; her child Patricia Kydd (Tom); and her grandchild Ken McNaughton.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara McNaughton (Kirk) and Rick Eglinton (Anita Vézina); her grandchildren, Tom Kydd Jr. (Brenda), Karen Hill (late Dave), Nancy McNaughton (Dave Dawson), Bill McNaughton (Shirley Welsh) and Renée Eglinton Sheri (Shaukat); her great grandchildren, Alex Hill, Mitchell, Cooper, Kylie Dawson, Stuart McNaughton, Jenna McGregor, Tasneem (Haziq Zawid), Jameel, Zakariyyaa and Junaid Sheri; her niece Rosalie Edwards; and her friends, Donna and Sam Ogilvie.
