He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Kollman and Kathleen Kollman; and his siblings, Jane Klem and Robert. He is survived by: his wife Joan McArdle; his sons, Dave (Tammy) of Shakespeare and Dwayne of Shakespeare; his grandchildren, Kloe, Macy and Summer; his sister Diane (Ron Low); his brother-in-law Peter Klem of Shakespeare; his stepdaughter Michelle (Zane Laing) of St. Marys; and his grandchildren, Magnus, Darius and Blaine.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Shakespeare Athletic Association or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
