She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Michael Cook; her parents, Mary Frances and Michael Decker; her children, Sarah (Silas), Sebastian (Donna), Fergus (Stacey) and Perdita; her grandchildren, Esme and Miles; and her siblings, Philip, Dennis, Madeline, Tony, Stephen, Evelyn, Lawrence and Frank.
