She was predeceased by : her parents, Rose Agar (Paine) and Samuel Agar; her husband Tom Jacobs; her children, David Jacobs and Lesley Graham (Bim); and her siblings, Betty Howard (Bill), Queenie Wood (Carl), Esther Sass (Norm), Evelyn Harlow (Don), Ed Agar (Ruth), Robert Agar and Sam Agar (Eva).

She is survived by : her sons, Bradley Jacobs (June) and Scott Jacobs; and her grandchildren, Holly Graham, Joanna Jacobs (Caven), Laurie Jacobs (Steven), Keiryn Jacobs, Kody Jacobs and Adam Graham. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
