It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Eugene Irwin of Stratford, Ontario, who passed away on January 3, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his son Herman Theijsmeijer. He is survived by : his wife Ellen; his daughter Linda; his grandchildren, Jeremy Theijsmeijer (Aliya) and Christina Theijsmeijer; and his great grandchildren, Alexis Anne, Nyah-Jane and Kal.
