With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Blackburn (Stratford, Ontario), who passed away on January 15, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Blackburn and Mabel Blackburn (Mills); his brother Derek; and his sister-in-law Monique. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Collier; his children, Robin Blackburn McBride (Hugh) and Edward Blackburn (Eunae); his grandchildren, Charlotte Klein, John and Stephen Blackburn; his sister Joan Bradshaw; and his nieces, Carole Rowe (Todd) and Lisa Bradshaw (Ken).
