He is survived by: his children, Martin (Rhea) and Mary-Ann Van Dam (Ron); his brothers, Herman (Trix), Wim (Nel) and Jan (Lia); his siblings-in-law, Tini, Nel, Lenie, Ina and Siem; his granddaughters, Grace, Claire, Ruby and Jorja Van Dam; and his wife Mary Moreau. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
