He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. David Leaney and Jennifer Leaney; his wife Jennifer Otter-Leaney; his sister Rachel Leaney (John Zupancic); his siblings-in-law, Louise Parkes (Jeff), David Otter (Jilaine) and Sandra Otter (Tim Phillips); his nieces and nephews, Adam, Hannah, Cameron (Shaina), Zachary, Brittany, Jordan (Roxy) and Carley (Willem); his mother-in-law Margaret Norris; Clive Arding (Mary).
Tim loved volunteering in the kitchen at The Local and started as a volunteer at the Stratford General Hospital before the pandemic began.
