He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Duiker and Grace Duiker; his parent-in-law Keimpe Andela; his siblings, Jack Duiker and Jeddy Dupain; his sisters-in-law, Ellie Duiker and Nellie Andela; his grandson Brooklin Duiker; Jacoba Andela.

He is survived by: his children, Jackie Meyering, John, Heather Duiker, Ken, Deb Duiker, Michael Duiker, Brad, Suzanna Greenfield, Gerald, Marie Duiker, Rennie, Tanya Duiker, Ancy Duiker and Sid Duiker. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
