He was predeceased by: his parents, Ron Mulligan and Dee Mulligan (Toms); and his siblings, Cindy McCauley (Gerry), Janice Armes (Jim) and Ross.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Ann Mulligan (Knechtel); his children, Melinda and Neil Mulligan (Emily); and his sister Leah Morrison (Brian).
Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the W. G. Young Funeral Home (430 Huron St, Stratford, ON N5A5T7). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
