She was predeceased by: her husband Jose Maria Lanza Herrera; her parents, Fernando Balladares Icaza and Rafaela Toruño Mayrena of Balladares; and her brothers, Fernando Balladares Toruño and Rafael Balladares Toruño.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Lanza (Susan), Armando Gerardo Lanza, Maria Amanda Bailey (Calvin) and Mario Roberto Lanza; and her grandchildren, Alicia Henriques (Luis), Joseph Lanza (Merethe), Amanda Sutherland (Joel), Sarah Seddon (Samuel), Rebekah Lanza, Courtney Lanza, Desiree Lanza and Judah Bailey. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, and many relatives and friends.
