She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Turford; her parents, Louis Hanson and Marguerite Hanson; her brothers, Harold and Carmen (Shirley); her brothers-in-law, Don Shuh and Kip MacDonald; and her grandson Scott Turford.

She is survived by: her sons, John Turford and Bill Turford (Barb); her grandchildren, Lisa Turford, Callie Schmitz (Bjoern), Aaron Turford (Rebecca) and Beth Herb (Jonathan); her great grandchildren, Andrea, Ethan Turford, Caleb, Ben, Chaya Schmitz, David, Boone Turford, Jeremiah, Joseph, Anna and Nellie Herb; her siblings, Rachael Trottier (Gil), Eleanor Shuh, Reggie Hanson (Janet), Douglas Hanson (Kay) and Dorothy MacDonald; and her sister-in-law Ann Hanson. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
