She was predeceased by: her parents, Stella Preston (Earle) and Arthur Preston; her son Randy; her great grandchildren, Lucas and Isla; her former husband Paul Ashbourne; and her siblings, Mac, Everett, Joan, Doug and Bill.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel (Lynda McTavish), Pamela, Graham (Marianne Salmon) and Barbara (Carl Jadischke); her grandchildren, Jade (Kim), Bryan, Emily (Hunter), Jason, Matthew (Cristina), Jonathan (Olivia), Sarah (Matthew), Joshua and Jessica (Chris); her great grandchildren, Evan, Liam, Aidan, Knox and Lily; her sister-in-law Mabel Ashbourne; and her friend Twillingate.
