She was predeceased by: her parents, William Billyard and Elsie Billyard of Welland; and her siblings, Richard, Bob, Alex, Elsie, Ethel, Jack and Jim.

She is survived by: her children, Lynne Reddoch, Bob Reddoch (Stephanie), Karen Welch (Tim) and David Reddoch (Karen Millard); her grandchildren, Pamela Visser, Branden Visser (Lori Lee), Jesse Welch and Michael Welch; and her sisters-in-law, Judy Billyard and Doreen Billyard. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Betty's memory may be made to the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital or a charity of your choice.
