She is survived by: her spouse Rixford Derby; her children, Christine Beer (Roy) of Strathroy, Terry Derby (Rhonda) of Strathroy and Janice Stokes (John) of Watford; her grandchildren, Matthew (Angela), Joshua, Adam Beer (Danielle), Wesley, Cole, Shelby Derby, Alyssa, Amanda (Christopher), Amber and Abby Stokes; her great grandchildren, Marley Beer and Aria Beer; her siblings, Margaret Ridley (Hugh) and Donald Flood (Ann); and her sibling-in-law Val Flood.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to LHSC Sick Kids, Alzheimer's Society or Canadian Cancer Society.
