He was predeceased by : his parents, Jerry and Patricia; his brother Michael (Tracy); and his niece Jessica. He is survived by : his wife Sharon Van Erp; his sister Linda (Rod); his nieces, Victoria and Stephanie; his nephew Joshua (Geoff); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Skyla and Luna.
