She was predeceased by: her siblings, Kees Kolstein, Tina Van Riet, Albert Kolstein and Henry Kolstein; and her brother-in-law Joe Van Riet.

She is survived by: her parents, John Kolstein and Froukje Kolstein; and her siblings, John Kolstein (Maria), Sylvia Marsh (Dan), Anna Hendry (Chris), Max Kolstein (Karin) and Herman Kolstein.
