He is survived by: his spouse Mary Bloemendal; his children, Bert Bloemendal (Debbie) of Delaware, Henrietta Swinkels (Henry) of Williamsford and Ben Bloemendal of Mount Brydges; his husband Marinus Noordermeer of Williamsford; and his brother Roelof Bloemendal (Ann) of New Zealand.
