Hilde Gertrud Morden Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2025, Hilde Gertrud Morden in Strathroy, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Morden; her son Lawrence (Debra Dees); and her brothers-in-law, Donald Morden Isabell (late Doris), Ernest Morden (late Grace) and Gerald Morden (late Carolyn).
She is survived by: her children, Stewart (Gina), Carol Chechalk (Joe), Jill Morden and Julie Morden; and her siblings, Ernst Sohnchen (late Lydia) and Konrad Sohnchen (Vikki). She is also survived by seven grandchildren (one predeceased) and nine great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Denning Funeral Homes - Strathroy (32 Metcalfe St W, Strathroy, ON N7G 1M6). A reception will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Duart Cemetery (Duart, ON N0L1H0).
