With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacoba Vanderploeg of Strathroy, Ontario, who passed away on December 16, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph; her son Peter Ralph Vanderploeg; and her daughter-in-law Judy Vanderploeg. She is survived by: her daughter Audrey Wiley (Ronald); her grandchildren, Shannon Voyles (Chris), Timothy Vanderploeg (Crina), Justin Wiley (Sophie), Evan Wiley (Lindsay) and Daniel Wiley (Maria); her great grandchildren, Michaela, Madelyn, Elias, Bellamy and Elena; her siblings, William Vanderelst, Patricia Bouwmeester (late William), Cor Vanderelst (Cathy), Peter Vanderelst (Jenny), Art Vanderelst (Liz), Nelly Vandermeyden (Herman) and John Vanderelst (Bobbie); and her siblings-in-law, Paul Vanderploeg (Mary) and Jane Vanderploeg. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
