He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Smith and Nevilynn Smith; and his siblings, Mick, Ted (Woody) and Kenny.
He is survived by: his spouse Louann; his children, Kevin Smith (Erica) and Ashley Smith (Shawn); and his siblings, Donna (Bruce), Wendy (Ross), Doug (Diane), Rosie (Jim), Linda, Edna (Terry) and Penny.
