He was predeceased by: his parents, Herb Campbell and Vera Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Faye; his daughters, Julie, Diane and Valerie; his grandchildren, Annie, Deryck, Josiah, Nathan, Caleb, Chloe, Breanna, Cailee and Colton; and his siblings, Carol Morgan (Dwain) and Ron Campbell (Kathy). He is also survived by his extended family, friends and his chapel family.
