It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lambertha Dirkje Bouma (Strathroy, Ontario), who passed away on March 17, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ymte Gerrits Greijdanus and Jantje Bouma; her husband Tjitze (Ted); her granddaughter Rebekah Christina Bouma; her sister Tine; her brother-in-law Harmen Westra; her brother Minne Greijdanus (Reinouw); and her siblings-in-law, Joy Postma and Reinder Jan Postma (Wiepie).
She is survived by: her children, John (Rachel) of Wichita, Kansas, Janet (David) of Kingston, Jim (Marion) of Strathroy, Willem (Joni) of St. George, Minne (Michele) of Mechanicsburg and Ype (Rebecca); her sister Dirkje Migchels; and her sisters-in-law, Lys Reitsma, Ruurdsy Weirsma, Dutsy van der Velde (Wim), Hinke Bouma, Doutsy Feenstra (Willem), Ype Bouma (Jaike) and Hieke van Gunst (Cor). She is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
