He was predeceased by : his wife Phyllis; his parents, Neil Munro and Florence Munro; and his siblings, Anna and Keith.

He is survived by : his children, Janice, Tom McCallum, Susan Sinclair, Steve Schneider, Cheryl and Roy Neves; his grandchildren, Matt, Becky, Kimberly, Paul, Adam, Kirissa, Andrew, Reilly, John, Stacey, Scott, Mandy, Jacob, Emily and Brandon; and his great grandchildren, Isabelle, Josephine and Elliott. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 20th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Van Heck Funeral Home (172 Symes St, Glencoe, ON N0L1M0). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM.
