She was predeceased by: her brothers, Russ Clark (Shirley) and Norm Clark (Millie); her siblings-in-law, Casey Bax, Adrianna Soetemans (late Steve), John Bax (Paula), Pete Bax, Jean Bergey (late Lyle) and Louis Bax (Annie); Tony Bax (Marilyn).
She is survived by: her husband Frank Bax; her sons, Ralph Eckert (Kate), Mike Eckert (Susan), Wayne Eckert (Karen) and Dave Eckert (Donna); and her sister Margaret Holmes (Bill). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family.
Donations may be made in Marie's memory to Alzheimer's Society of Canada, VON Strathroy, or the Ailsa Craig Foodbank.
