He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Norris and Flora Norris Thurston of St. John. He is survived by: his wife Judy A. Norris (Whiting); his children, Katherine Brown (Norris), Brian of Komoka, Brenda Armstrong (Norris) of London, Bill Tomlinson, Sylvia of Newbury and Richard Tomlinson; and his siblings, Alice (Laurie Whelan), Cherie Norris, Iris (George Vallis), Ruby (Ross Marshall), Christine (Gary Rumsey) and Thomas (Cindy Norris). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
