With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shawn Jackson of Strathroy, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 28, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Chloe and Avery Jackson; his stepchildren, Braeden and Addison Stokes; his wife Tonya Stokes; his parents, Shane Jackson and Jo-Anne Jackson (Fidler) of Desboro; his sisters, Bobbi Jo Vandervoort (Jeff) of Chesley and Nicole Anderson (Shamus) of Field; his nieces and nephews, Dylan (Brittany), Kirstyn (Andrew), Brett, Kyle, Kalvin, Gabrielle, Victoria and Bruce; and his parents-in-law, Tony and Linda Sellick of London.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to a trust fund set up in Chloe and Avery's names (cheques payable to Jeff Vandervoort), to the TCDMHA (formerly Desboro Minor Hockey), or Give2Cuba would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
