He was predeceased by: his brother André; his parents, Theophil "Theo" and Andrieske "Annie"; and his stepmother Sophia "Margaret". He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Annette (António), Karen (Jonathan), Allison (Josep), Winston and Isabella; his grandchildren, Jessica, Johnathon (Mansi), Marc, Kyle and Jordi; his sibling Theo (Betty Ann); his sisters-in-law, Diane and Anne Marie (Grant); and his nieces and nephews, David (Eva), Andrew (Angelina), Kathleen, Alex (Kim), Jeff (Reneé), Erin (Ryan), Skye (Christopher) and Dana (Maged).
In honour of Tom, donations to the Programs at Parkwood Institute in care of St. Joseph's Health Care Foundation, London, or the Strathroy District Historical Society, would be appreciated.
