She was predeceased by: her husband Henk Van Dyk; her children, Rob (Ann Van Dyk), Elisabeth (Gord Wong), Ingrid (Michael Travassos), Paul (Laurie Van Dyk), Mark Van Dyk (Amanda Muma), Steve Van Dyk (Vanessa Tulk) and Tessa Van Dyk; her siblings, Herman (Ricki DeRuiter), Frank (Freda DeRuiter), Joanne (Dick Kirkpatrick) and Elisabeth DeRuiter; and her parents, Albertus DeRuiter and Jeltje DeRuiter.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Devon, Erik Van Dyk, Carmen Wong, Zachary Travassos, Bailey Lee, Natasha, Jake Rowell, Brandon, Andrew Van Dyk, Austin Van Dyk, Seth, Hannah Van Dyk, LaNiyah, Niyarah Bruce, Henry, Hudson Van Dyk, Emma and Gabriella. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
