He is survived by: his spouse Betty Muylaert; his children, Michelle Kettler (Tim) and Tim Muylaert (Heather); his grandchildren, Jessica, Tyler (Kendra), Danielle and Jack; his siblings, Frank (Peggy), John (Kim), Charlie and Diana; his siblings-in-law, William Gunness, Janet Jordan and Vicky Langford (Wayne); and also Jim Ash (late Diane).

In lieu of flowers, donations to the London Regional Cancer Program or Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
