He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Alie; his brother-in-law Art; his wife Antonia; his children, John Vander Horst (Kathleen), Everett Horst, Christa Vander Horst, Janice Chachulski, Mike Chachulski, Kenneth Horst and Marg Vander Horst; his grandchildren, Matthew, Jennifer, Ian, Maddie, Liam, Laura, Eric, Jason, Andrew, Riley, Avery, Anthony and Asia; and his father Opa. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
