He was predeceased by : his parents, Ovidio and Anna; and his brother Frank. He is survived by : his wife Helen (Witkowskij); his son Jason (Alice); his grandchildren, Stella, Ava and Brando; and his siblings, Dora (Benito) and Mario.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to United Way of Toronto and York Region.
