He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence and Laura. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Colton Neilson-Welsh, Jessica Lynn West and Zachery Hutchinson; and his great grandchildren, Aleaha West, Jazzalynne and Bailee.
