We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2021, at the age of 88, Irène Chartrand (Sturgeon Falls, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Irène Chartrand to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Léo Séguin Sr. and Victoria (Plouffe); her husband Hector Chartrand; her son Jacques (Lorraine); and her siblings, Ernest (Beatrice), Noëllà Brassard Gérald and Léo Jr. (Jackie).

She is survived by : her daughters, Lorraine Chartrand-Duffy (John) and Denise Surprenant (Denis); her grandchildren, Matthew Duffy (Vicky), Mélanie Duffy and Elizabeth Surprenant (Adrien Eichene); and her great grandchildren, Thomas and Scott Duffy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations can be sent directly to the Canadian Cancer Society.
