With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Irene Petley of Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 30, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar May and Eva May; her husband Ernest; and her children, Valerie Butland and David.
She is survived by: her daughter Bonita "Bonnie" Arbour (Normand); her grandchildren, Tracy Bartczak, Leanne Martin, Roxane Nicholson (Kevin), Crystal Legault (Pierre), Sarah Poirier (Marc), Ivan Arbour (Misty), Nicole Aicken and Christopher Petley; her great grandchildren, Ryan Thibault, Selina Arbour, Mathieu Nicholson, Adam Nicholson, Olivia Legault, Gabrielle "Gabby" Poirier, Janick Arbour, Jessica Smith and Maiya Martin; and her great great grandchildren, Jackson and Ainsley.
