With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Rene Dokis (Sturgeon Falls, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his mother Cecile Dokis; his wives, Marie Dokis and Karen Raycraft; and his stepsiblings, Carol Sanchez and Raymond Ace.

He is survived by: his children, Cory Potter and Sandra Dokis-Belanger (Gilbert); his grandchildren, Ashley, Britney, Cameron and Brianna; his great grandchildren, Gimiwan and Ngwaagan; his caregiver Susan McKenzie; his stepsiblings, Horace "Poncho" Viens and Simone Viens; his friend Earl Restoule; and his family, Bill Restoule and Brian Restoule.
