She was predeceased by: her husband Gilbert Lafrenière; her parents, Thomas Whissell and Rosa Whissell; and her siblings, Raoul, Ovide, Roland, Rodolphe, Eglantine, Déa, Gerald, Jean-D'Arc and Richard.
She is survived by: her children, Carole Seguin (Denis), Louise Martin (late Raymond), Nicole Lafrenière (Ed), Normand "Norm" Lafrenière (Linda), Linda Lafrenière and Réjean Lafrenière (Danielle); her grandchildren, François (Lyssa), Andrea (Lee), Gary (Sophie), Amanda (Dwayne), Jason (Melanie), Troy, Karley, Kassandra (Nicolas), Chelsey (Samuel), Ryan, Jessica (Hugh) and Alyssa (Mark); her great grandchildren, Zacharie, Logan, Allie, Charleigh, Austin, Hunter, Easton, Payton, Olivia, Emma, Dallas, Alysa and Noah; and her brother Claude.
