He was predeceased by: his sister Marion; and his parents-in-law, Stan, Pat Ariss, Bill Ariss, Janyce, Bernard Dixon and David Morrish.

He is survived by: his children, Kim MacKinnon (Braden) and Tracy Therrien (Alain); his grandchildren, Brock Boyd (Alanna), Sloan Prévost (Rob), Kennedy MacKinnon, Jake Therrien (Kary) and Taylor Therrien; his great grandchildren, Clara Boyd and Baby Therrien; his siblings-in-law, Janet Brown (David) and Bud Ariss (Kathy); and his friends, Spadafores, Bolds, MacInnes, Moores and Brooks. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lewy Body Dementia Research Fund or the Northeast Cancer Centre would be greatly appreciated.
