He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Toppari and Aili Toppari; and his siblings, Wilfred (Helen) and Marlene Hannula (Oliver) of Brule, Alberta.. He is survived by: his wife Jean (Georgina Bowser); his children, Glenn Toppari (Julie) of Whitby and Lynn Aelick (Dave) of Hanmer; his grandchildren, Kayla Aelick (Andrew Meeks), Leah Aelick (Warren Burden), Jayme Toppari (Pete Carnochan) and Lisa Toppari (Mike Forgione); his great grandchildren, Oliver and Nora Meeks; his sister-in-law Marjorie Burns (Fred); his niece Deborah Elford (Dean); and his nephews, Tim Burns (Sandra), Danny Toppari (Cathy), Jack Toppari (Joan), Eric Hannula, Neil Hannula and Carl Hannula (Briana).
