He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Kutschke and Lynn Carrington (Glynn); and his uncle Fred Kutschke (Bonnie). He is survived by: his sister Ashley Kutschke; his nephew Lucian Rozon (Brenda); his aunts, Mary Bayliss (Paul), Carol Jerome (Wayne) and Betty Burgess (Randy); his cousin Emma Bayliss; his child Dodge; Lisa Lamontagne. He is also survived by his many cousins, relatives, friends.
